Frequently Asked Questions

  • What's up with the warning when I purchase cream chargers?

If youโ€™re buying cream chargers, we will collect and store certain information about you to help us meet legal obligations and to confirm that your purchase is lawful.

Under the Medicines Act 1982, inhalation of cream chargers is illegal and we have the right to decline any sales that we suspect will break this law.

The possession of nitrous oxide for inhalation without a prescription is an offence and you could be imprisoned for up to three months or made to pay a fine of up to $500 if found guilty.

Please provide us with accurate information (full name, DOB etc.) so we can verify this via a valid Government ID upon delivery. We will also confirm the purpose of why you purchased the product.ย We may disclose any of the information provided to the Ministry of Health if asked.

By reading this and checking the box in the cart, you agree that you are purchasing the products for valid, legal purposes and that you understand we may collect and share the delivery information.
